An Introduction to Enlightened Enterprise
Over the past couple of weeks I have been serialising a long-form essay, “An Inreoduction to Enlightened Enterprise,” offered prior to the publication of the Enlightened Enterprise Handbook (due September 2026). And linked to the launch of a Participatory Learning Network (PLN) which is focused on Enlightened Enterprise in practice. (Details below).

The Enlightened Enterprise PLN

What is a Participatory Learning Network (PLN)?
PLNs are an initiative of the Enlightened Enterprise Academy. They are global forums where practical learning creates a living flow of wisdom and new thinking. They are ongoing and future-focused, bringing together leaders as pioneers to co-create the future by turning complexity into collective intelligence. Grounded in real-world practice, PLNs give leaders cutting-edge insight from a peer group of practitioners and a faculty of experts.
The Enlightened Enterprise PLN
Members of the Enlightened Enterprise Academy will be invited to join the Enlightened Enterprise PLN. The agenda will explore in more detail what it means to be an enlightened enterprise, picking up on the themes in the introductory article that has just been serialised and linking directly the content of the forthcoming Handbook of Enlightened Enterprise (due in the second half of 2026).
This is not a time-limited programme. It is an ongoing learning forum that will grow exponentially with member contributions.
The main features of PLNs include a trusted space to test bold ideas and co-create practical solutions, alongside live dialogues, recordings, and resources that together form a constantly evolving multi-media knowledge library.
The benefits are far greater than those offered by traditional learning approaches: sharper judgment on complex challenges, access to diverse perspectives beyond one’s sector, and the opportunity to co-create solutions that are both practical and future-focused.
